Cemeteries in the Rain
"And death shall have no dominion" ~ Dylan Thoms
On rainy days, cemeteries are sober places with raindrops adding a sense of tears being shed. There is a beauty to a setting where stretches of tablets and plaques commemorate the dead. Cemeteries are quiet places separated from the daily bustle and activity of life. We the living often feel immortal. Cemeteries remind us of our mortality and our present gift of life.
