"La Petite," the Quebecian, selling Christmas trees on Broadway has been busy with brisk sales. The display corner is illuminated with strung lights, sparkling overhead pink pigs, yellow duck, elves, and pot-bellied Santa. The piled-up conifers scent the neighborhood, and their pine needles gleam forest green. The weather has been pleasantly comfortable, with flooding sunshine and mild temperatures in the 40s. Fun to set up my tripod and catch some of the action. I am waiting for flaking snow and night cover.
