The park was aglitter in the early morning with tons of snow draping branches and trees, blanketing the lake by Bow Bridge, and smoothing over the winding pathways. One friendly photographer commented, " I don't know whether to take pictures, just enjoy the view, or avoid slipping on patches of ice. It was necessary to multi-task and do all of the above in careful sequence. The park was glorious but it was necessary to be attentive to the slippery spots. Nothing daunts a photographer seeking that special view and feeling that special glow.
