NYC was spared the brunt of the big January snowstorm. Approximately eight inches coated the city streets and roads, easily shoveled aside. Tuesday was pleasant with no wind and milder temperature. Central Park was a site of active sledding and fun play. So many great colors - lime green, yellow, red, hot pink, blue, and orange - glamorized the park like Day-Glo against the white snow background.
