In the final scene of the Nora Ephron movie, "You Got Mail" with Meg Ryan and Tom Hanks, both stars meet at the Upper West Side 91st St. Riverside Park Community Garden to reveal their email identities and declare their love. "Over the Rainbow" plays as the musical backdrop. It is a lovely and romantic scene. The garden is now blooming with larkspurs, primroses, tiger lilies, and other gorgeous flowers. How fortunate to be able to visit the garden daily and take stock of the latest blooming.
