The skateboarders with the smooth glides, leaps, and jumps resemble ice skaters, even ballets dancers. They may make their moves seem easy to perform, but in fact they require balance control and daring. "Would I like to try?" one asked me. Many years ago, perhaps, but not now....I only wish.....
