Day trip to Copake, NY, all green and lush. The Berkshire mountains rise in the distance. The raised beds on the property are growing vegetables: beans, peas, squash brussel sprouts, lettuce. On May 20th, at 7:30pm, paint-brush streaks of red, orange, yellow, and pink streamlined the sky, high above the Hudson River. The colors were spectacular, Gotham meets Edvard Munch.
